As an Activities lead, your role is to provide campers the opportunity to enjoy fantastic activities, either high adventure or aquatics, that help build memorable experiences that lead them one step closer to Jesus.

Admin Lead
The Admin Lead provides an excellent guest experience on opening and closing days throughout the summer. In addition, it will support the camp director with various administrative responsibilities and oversight of the camp snack shack and store.

Work with camp directors to ensure proper staffing for daily operations of stores and snack venues.

Maintain active inventory of the floor as well as inventory at each location
Transfer inventory from location to location as needed throughout the summer
Actively monitor overall stock for size, color, and item availability

Retail Responsibilities

- Assist the Counselor in all aspects of daily camp activities, including but not limited to; serving meals, camper care, cleaning, and more
- Participate in all activities with campers, including water sports, target sports, general recreation activities and more
- Attend all required staff meetings and events
- Actively engage and participate in the CIT program through a godly attitude, words and actions
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Education
- High School Students ages 16-17 are eligible
Experience
- Some experience with children or youth is preferred
- Prior job experience preferred
Camp Crew
The Camp Crew helps provide campers with a safe and fun environment, through serving in a support role for all activities. Responsible for helping create a space where they can take one-step close to Jesus, by trying new activities and facing their fears.
Camp Crew commits to 1-2 week terms with potential for renewal with discussion with supervisor.
Responsibilities include
- Help provide a safe environment for campers
- Model a personal relationship with Jesus
- Assist the program team in all aspects of daily camp activities, including but not limited to; serving meals, camper care, cleaning, and more
- Participate in all activities with campers, including water sports, target sports, general recreation activities and more
