At Carolina Creek
Carolina Creek is looking for individuals who are excited about serving guests this Fall. Fall Staff is a dynamic group of individuals who serve in a variety of capacities, from facilitating activities, serving meals, cleaning cabins and camp spaces, helping maintain the facilities, lead team building and more.
When does it start?
Our Fall season officially starts August 8th, however we are welcoming staff as early as they’d like to be here to help serve our summer groups and to get familiar with the camp and ways to serve.
When does it end?
We anticipate our fall staff term lasting until the end of October, however if you can only commit to a partial time frame, we’d still love to have you!
It's paid- right?
You bet! In addition to providing housing, meals & wifi, Fall Staff make $250/week. Housing is communal style with other fall staff which leads to great community opportunities.
Will I be trained?
Absolutely! We’ll get you acquainted with our standard procedures and make sure you’re comfortable serving guests. For those who are able to stay longer, there is the opportunity to get trained in ropes facilitation or Lifeguard certified.
Your days off may vary from week to week based on the group needs, but fall staff work 5 out of 7 days each week.

This could be a great fit for you! We will work with you to create a schedule that allows for you to accomplish the mission of helping people experience & know the love of Jesus, while having time to study and participate in your online class.
