Registrar/Receptionist

Required:

Must have a current valid driver’s license.
Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Previous Customer Service experience preferred.

Key Accountability:
  • Responsible to help with the process of registering campers for all of our programs including summer camp, mid-winter, or programmed weekends.
  • Being the expert on the registration software, and helping parents and campers successfully navigate the registration process
  • Answering questions from parents, campers and churches in a professional manner
  • Assist in answering phone calls, and directing questions to the right person in the organization
  • Assist the Sales department in creating SOPs relevant to the department
  • Lead tours of camp, and the programs we offer to perspective groups
  • Attend all required staff meetings and events
  • Actively participate in and contribute to the broader camp programs of CCCC
  • Actively engage and participate in the staff community through a godly attitude, words and actions.

  • Must be confidential and discreet when dealing with sensitive information
  • Must possess strong computer skills, and an understanding of google drive and proficiency on the Microsoft Suite of software applications
  • Must possess strong interpersonal relations skills
  • Must be able to remain calm under stress and deal with conflict in a professional and courteous manner
  • Must have excellent written communication skills for corresponding with pastors and parents
  • Work independently, being able to be a self-starter
  • Must be organized and detail oriented

Receptionist/Registrar
